Back then, people knew the health benefits of jasmine flowers. Still, with the passing days, technology has evolved, and today, we know that jasmine flowers can be used for treating liver disease and reducing abdominal pain during severe diarrhea.

Jasmine flowers are also used in aromatherapy, which involves using essential oils made from them to treat insomnia naturally. But I will not suggest you directly ingest fresh jasmine flowers. Either boil them in the water to make tea or dry them to use it.

  • Garnish: Jasmine flowers are also used to decorate dishes to make them look more appealing.
